This facility just had a "petting zoo" in extreme heat with clearly stressed out animals. Very sad abuse.
My mother has been at Sunrise since 2022 and my goodness … the excellent staff, strong leadership, and deep caring she has received there just overwhelms me. I would give 10 stars if i could.
I was very inexperienced with elder care when we originally found ourselves looking for assisted living for my bachelor uncle. Fortunately the Sunrise staff kindly guided us to understand what he needed and help get him settled in this cute, mansion-like assisted living home. I feel the staff went above and beyond with his complicated health situation, including answering our many questions, changing to a more accessible room when needed, advising when companion care might be appropriate, and expediting his return to Sunrise... read more
