I spent seven months at Sunrise Alexandria after experiencing a horrible accident in which I broke my hip femur shoulder and shin bone . During the first six months of my recovery, I lived in healthcare Hell what I call American Hell Care. Lucy is amazing! All the staff is! We had a wonderful tour here with my Mom! I really liked that Lucy took the time to sit down twice to check in where my Mom was in the process. She was so comforting! Thank you Lucy 😊
This community is so welcoming! From the minute you take a tour with Lucy, you can feel that the staff really cares. Arin, the Executive Director is very engaged with her residents and families - always approachable and quick to respond. Kendall, who run all the activities for the community, is so warm and loving. All around the community just shines, and is a great home for our loved ones.
The moment I walked in, I felt welcome to the community. What a delightful experience!
