I was really happy with MY technician, I thought he did a great job. But, their drying station was malfunctioning, and I was at the only working toe drying spot. This would have been fine, I don't think it should have been a big deal to wait, but another technician forced me to move too early and dented the polish. She later did the same to my aunt, who's been coming here for years. Another client we were talking to said something similar happened to her mom.
