No need to go into detail Your nails will pop off within 2 to 3 days of getting them done and then when you go back, the owner will try to look you in your face and tell you that the reason the nails came off is because you didn’t get any nail polish…. Kelly did an amazing job and handled my nails with great care and dedication. Even though her shop closes at 8:30 pm, she stayed until 9:15 pm to finish my service without rushing at all. I absolutely loved both my nails and eyebrows. Thank you, Kelly!
First time coming here, and I loved my experience! I usually always get French tips, but Kelly recommended cat-eye nails, and they came out so beautiful. She also matched my pedicure to my nails, and I absolutely loved it. Kelly also did an amazing job on my feet. The hot stone massage and callus treatment were so relaxing, and my feet felt super smooth afterward. I'll definitely be coming back!
Today I had a very unpleasant experience here. My appointment started 30 minutes late without an apology, and during the pedicure my toe was injured and bled quite a bit. While I was receiving the service, she was also texting on her phone. When I politely asked her to stop, she became defensive and raised her voice at me instead of apologizing. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.
