First time coming here, and I loved my experience! I usually always get French tips, but Kelly recommended cat-eye nails, and they came out so beautiful. She also matched my pedicure to my nails, and I absolutely loved it. Kelly also did an amazing job on my feet. The hot stone massage and callus treatment were so relaxing, and my feet felt super smooth afterward. I'll definitely be coming back!
Today I had a very unpleasant experience here. My appointment started 30 minutes late without an apology, and during the pedicure my toe was injured and bled quite a bit. While I was receiving the service, she was also texting on her phone. When I politely asked her to stop, she became defensive and raised her voice at me instead of apologizing. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.
I’ve been coming to this shop for over 10 years. Kelly and Ana are the best pedicures in town. They’re always attentive and treat you with respect. She gets so busy sometimes she’ll schedule after hours. I truly appreciate them. Thanks so much!!!
My worst experience with a nail salon. I asked for coffin shaped nails and she gave me duck nails instead. Absolutely horrendous.
