Worst hotel ever dirty with bugs and bedbugs

do not recommend. bugs everywhere, service is terrible, entire body is itchy, noisy at night, tv does not work, people yelling and screaming. room instantly smelled like cigarette smoke when i first walked into the room. holes in the wall that are covered up with tape to make it look “better”. carpets are badly stained with something - not sure what it is but it’s nasty. sheets have blood stains on them, room is not properly cleaned. sketchy people around here and don’t feel safe.

Slept in room 113 and laid on bed got off cause seen 1 bedbug than looked at the whole bed and pillows there was more than 1 bedbug there was 12 bedbugs that I could see with my eyes, I kindly let the front know about it and got harassed by them and they told me that I’m never allowed here which I don’t care cause I ain’t ever gonna sleep here again wish I could give this motel 0 stars!! Also allll the rooms are gross and broken

I booked a room at Sunrise Motel. When I called on Thursday to confirm the booking, I was required to pay in full in advance. I clearly explained that I would be arriving at 2:00 a.m., as we were driving from Calgary to Regina. The reservation desk confirmed this late check-in time and assured me everything was arranged.
