Trash of a place, dont rent from this storage. They are badly managed, they pay not attention to the clients.
STAY AWAY!!! Gate always has issues. The female dog (how her attitude is) at the front desk straight up lies and says it's the first time it has happened when in fact it's the third time in the last 16 months.
ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE! They have locked us out of our units (everyone) for three weeks now because the gate was broken. Then when it was ‘fixed’ I called because my code wasn’t working and the dog (that’s how she behaves) that works the front desk said it was only me having the issue and I’ll have to wait for the ‘manager’ to get back with me whenever he as time (he NEVER calls you back) and so I was at an indefinite state of not getting my belongings back. They sent someone else out the next day to manually open the g... read more
