I been coming here for the longest and have had a good experience so far...it's quick and hardly have to wait
I came here after being referred by NYU langone to do a thrombosis blood test. After showing my referral paperwork, I was told the lab couldn't complete the test because of some nonsense about being unable to print the labels because of the lab they're affiliated with. When I called on the phone before, they said they do this test. The receptionist, while nice, was unable to explain it well, so I'm just confused. Absolute incompetence!!!! Who opens at 7:30am but have no one working the front desk!?!?!?! You have to have a piece of paper which no one informed us of - have my 67 year old mom sitting there waiting, in the modern age of technology - someone should be able to look up the order and get their job done!! Make it make sense...smh! Someone set an appt all you have to do is inform them what to bring one lab tech who has no idea how the world functions...her favorite answer - I don't know.
