1st in line at the counter at 11:20am. Receptionist/lab tech was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. She was also great at taking blood...no problems at all. I highly recommend.

Be prepared for deceptive billing. On 2 occasions I received large bills because they failed to bill my insurance even though it was provided to them via phone call and in writing. Now I just learned they sent me to collections for a bill they never even sent to my home. As someone with extensive experience with other medical facilities, I've never had this issue anywhere other than Sunrise. Get your labs anywhere else if you can.

Absolutely the worst experience! unprofessional is an understatement! I Arrived there for a glucose test and the only person working there did not even acknowledge me. She left the front desk soon after and disappeared for almost a half an hour. When I asked aster waiting for approximately 20 min, if someone is going to help ppl upfront, she said she was busy with a patient and that I could go somewhere else. I have never once had a poor experience with getting labs done at this location. Nicole is prompt and professional, while still being friendly. I have seen her handle insanely rude people in a kind and courteous manner, despite being so busy, and I have nothing but wonder in me that she can weather the medical field with the grace she does. 10/10 recommend seeing her for any and all draws possible.
