I have never had any problems here. Done several blood test and stomach tests. Doesn't hurt at all to do the blood test. Just have to show your id and medical card every time. And if you ask about any test that needs to be done at home, they explain well. They even accepted me yesterday when I called at 325pm and there office closes at 330pm. I just told them can I come in 5 mins and they took me.
At the reception they have a young woman who provides terrible service, very bad service, very unfriendly.
