I went with my aunt to get lab work done at Sunrise lab and was greeted by the lab tech name Lisa. She was friendly, professional, and made my aunt feel at ease as she struggles with fear of needles. The lab was clean, smelled good, and we were in and out with ease. Sketchy experience. I’d go elsewhere if you have the option. The phlebotomist was dressed very casually and didn’t present professionally, and the urinalysis collection process felt unstructured and questionable. If this reflects their overall standards, I wouldn’t have much confidence in the test results
Their drivers drive like absolute tools. Had someone tailgate me while doing 10 over, they then illegally overtook then brake checked me
No wait and the phlebotomist was excellent.
