This was the absolute worst experience ever! I arrive 4 minutes before lunch break with a urine specimen. I was greeted at the door with “Why are you coming here bringing me specimens?” She then looked at the specimen in my hand and said “There’s no name.” I explained that this was my first drop off, apologized for not being familiar with the protocol. Sills Rd location: 5 stars! A+++!!! Donna is an Angel of mercy! She is polite and pleasant, and plays great music. Quick and painless. Keeps the place spotless and running like a well oiled machine. When you walk in the door, she greets you immediately. None of this “I’ll be with you shortly”, fake paper shuffling, no eye contact nonsense. All business. She struck oil on the first poke! No mumbling or fumbling or complaining or making excuses. It was over before I even knew it started. Thank you Donna! See you next time.
