Great experience! Ladies were very nice and helpful. Blood draw was smooth as silk. No complaints.
If you go through my other reviews you'd see how I almost never leave a bad review... but I'd highly suggest avoiding this Sunrise Labs location. 😵💫 I left specifically because of the woman at the front desk on Saturday morning 3/7. I was only there for 30-45 seconds but wow, she was really rude and made me feel unwelcome. Anyone that is about to get any kind of medical attention (yes, including simple procedures like a blood drawing while very pregnant) should not be greeted this way. Attempted to schedule appointment. Called four times, had to leave a message each time. No call back.
The woman behind the counter was extremely disrespectful to another patient because after she signed in, she did not sit down right away. The appearance of the place was very dirty and low rent. I walked out before they could help me. I would never go back there.
