It’s Monday October 20th, I showed up at 12:20pm because their website informed me that they were closed for lunch from 12-12:30. I waited about 10mins and a young woman came in with her lunch in hand. I said “hello” and she didn’t even respond and gave me a dirty look. Taken aback I tried to go inside the lab after her as it was 12:35 by now. She quickly turned around and informed me how they were closed for lunch. Brought my young daughter for bloodwork on a Saturday at 1115 am, was greeted with visibly annoyed staff shaking their heads and dirty looks. I guess they didn’t want a patient 45 minutes before closing but unfortunately that was the time I was able to get her there. Have been here before for myself and Debbie was lovely, will not be returning however due to the attitude and lack of professionalism of the other staff.
In and out quick. Found my vein quick and was painless.
Office closes early?? Today i showed Up @ 3:24pm and the doors are locked, lights off, when their posted hours are 7-3:30pm. This is probably the 4th time this has happened.
