My husband and I sat here and watched the man who was drawing blood sit at the desk and apply deodorant. Additionally, the attitudes of the staff are horribly unprofessional.
There should be ZERO stars. I received same shabby treatment 2x (I gave them a second chance), of rudeness, not making eye contact, unpleasantness, nastiness, one word answers with frowns. Terrible. If a lab says you are open, you are open until the lab is closed. It was THE WORST customer service EVER.
It’s Monday October 20th, I showed up at 12:20pm because their website informed me that they were closed for lunch from 12-12:30. I waited about 10mins and a young woman came in with her lunch in hand. I said “hello” and she didn’t even respond and gave me a dirty look. Taken aback I tried to go inside the lab after her as it was 12:35 by now. She quickly turned around and informed me how they were closed for lunch.
