Tory was incredible! She was kind and friendly throughout my blood draw. She made me feel cared for and heard, and she made the experience pleasant. The facility is clean, and small. The wait was reasonable.
the tech there today does not want to be there. she was turning my mom away. also, I was told that she was on her phone the whole time. I used to come here but it's been a few years. I brought my mom here thinking they would be good.
The place is a hidden gem. It's a tiny door on the side if the building, no crowds, no fuss. I was in the door and out in 5 minutes.
Always so gentle here, today couldnt get a vein in arm, got one right away in my hand, didnt even hurt me...both girls i have had were execellent..i feel bad for them, boy people do not have patience..keep doing what your doing excellent service :)
