Always so gentle here, today couldnt get a vein in arm, got one right away in my hand, didnt even hurt me...both girls i have had were execellent..i feel bad for them, boy people do not have patience..keep doing what your doing excellent service :)
Came at 12 door was locked sign on door says re-opens at 12:30 came back at 12:35 still locked.. website says they’re closed til 1pm… very annoying.
In my opinion the West Babylon location is not safe. There is only 1 employee, (lab tech) at this location and no manager or even a receptionist to oversee what is going on. I have been going to this location for years and all was fine until they made a change in staff and I was outright bullied during my visit. The new tech had it out for me before I even went inside. Claimed that my doctors weren’t part of their group & it would be difficult for the doctors to access my results. She would have had to enter my information by hand. I left
