Billing needs to figure something out, just received a a bill with a statement date of almost 2 months ago. And the due date over a month ago.
I saw Bridget as a Saturday walk-in for blood work. Zero wait time, and she was excellent. As someone with small veins, it was the most seamless blood draw I’ve had.
Always a great experience when Cynthia is working. She always finds my vein right away. Which most ppl cannot. So if you hate being poked over and over look for Cynthia at checkin. I typically go super early in the morning and she is always so pleasant and welcoming . She is very efficient and gets you in and out.
Cynthia was wonderful. I walked in around 3pm just after another person and was seen within 10-15 minutes. She was super sweet from the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel a thing, and she was also attentive to the eczema I had in the area of my blood draw and made sure I was comfortable. I will return if I ever have a future need.
