They never open on time. Three of three times I made time in my work schedule to be there before they opened, they were late. Today they arrived at 0745 (supposed to open at 0730). They did not take my blood until 0800. I was late to work. This is a very avoidable failure in service. Bill
Had bloodwork drawn here today because of the proximity to my doctor office. I’ve used them in the past and never had an issue. Today I was given a urine cup and then instructed to go into public restroom to collect my sample then walk back with the sample to drop off. I didn’t love having to carry it out into the public hallway to drop off.
Sent me a bill for my son but they didn't put it through insurance. I called they said no worries. But then I get another bill for a different lab a week later, same thing. Call again they said no worries. Received a bill 2 weeks later and same thing, not through insurance. I call again and they said it was mailed before we spoke and ignore it. Ok cool.
