Sent me a bill for my son but they didn't put it through insurance. I called they said no worries. But then I get another bill for a different lab a week later, same thing. Call again they said no worries. Received a bill 2 weeks later and same thing, not through insurance. I call again and they said it was mailed before we spoke and ignore it. Ok cool. Hi! I just wanted to share my experience with the Sunrise Medical Lab in Sterling. Despite living in Vienna, I make the half-hour drive to Sterling for my bloodwork because the staff at Sunrise are exceptional. They are always well-mannered, and their professionalism sets them apart from other labs. The procedures are performed so skillfully and painlessly that I never regret waking up early for the drive. Thank you, Sunrise Medical Lab in Sterling—I truly appreciate your excellent service.
They are very good , very friendly
No one answers the phone here. Why even have a phone number. Driver's license was not given back to my wife after her bloodwork. Nurse was fast & left her with bruises on her arms. Still waiting to get her DL back as we speak since the nurse went on break & they won't give it to back until nurse returns. Operationally this is terrible. Customer Service is also lacking severely here. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here for any type of lab work. Go somewhere else.
I'm personally so scared of needles (like terribly horrified) and managed to get through my blood test thanks to Lisha!
