I was sent here from the nearby DocCare for an annual checkup, and had a very efficient and pleasant experience. Although they couldn't tell me whether the blood test will be fully covered by my insurance or not, (I end up not paying out-of-pocket) they did a great job drawing blood quickly and painlessly. It's in a very convenient spot, kept clean and doesn't require an appointment!

Unprofessional and very rude customer service. I had issue with my blood work/lab request. I requested the receptionist/lady to call doctor office and let them know the error and fax fixed copy but she answered me rudely that "I'm not here to be on phone whole day". I asked her what was wrong with the request so that i can go back to doctor office and fix it but she answered " It's not my job and I'm not paid for that". The office is conveniently located in the neighborhood. I was impressed by the professionalism of the front desk staff Adrianna. She helped me get my paperwork in and I was done very quickly.
I love this location on FRESH POND RD, RIDGEWOOD, never crowded, super professional stuff, very friendly.
