They don't open at the scheduled time. I came here at 7am and it's 8:17am and they still haven't opened, even though the website says they're open. It's getting late.

Obviously everyone's experience is different but I'm not really understanding the negative reviews! My experience today was super easy. No appointment, walked in, took about 20 mins in total. Sure, the receptionist wasn't jumping for joy and the bathroom needs a remodel but the man who did my bloodwork was nice and efficient. Would recommend if you aren't super picky!
I was sent here from the nearby DocCare for an annual checkup, and had a very efficient and pleasant experience. Although they couldn't tell me whether the blood test will be fully covered by my insurance or not, (I end up not paying out-of-pocket) they did a great job drawing blood quickly and painlessly. It's in a very convenient spot, kept clean and doesn't require an appointment!
