I love this location on FRESH POND RD, RIDGEWOOD, never crowded, super professional stuff, very friendly.
Not sure why so many negative reviews, but I went there today and the lady at front desk was very nice and she drew my blood, quick and painless!
The most rude and unprofessional treatment, especially from the guy working in the front desk he's unorganized, unprofessional, and with bad behavior
I had my lab request faxed from my doctor directly to them as they advised me to do. I called in ahead to confirm that they had the paperwork and that I would be coming in today and confirm that they were open they confirmed both inquires. Get to the location and there is only one person collecting information and drawing blood. Sign in and wait for over an hour. I did not like it here. I fainted for the first time ever getting blood drawn, and the young woman drawing my blood seemed very unprepared to handle the situation, she was very nervous and unconfident and did not soothe me at all in my half-conscious, nauseous, frightened state. Then her supervisor took over and she was dismissive and not attuned to how half-conscious I was.
