This is not a critique of the service because none was received. After checking the website, calling the location and checking google for lab hours I was confident to arrive during normal business hours. When I made it to the location there was a sign on the doors stating that location was temporarily closed and to go to another location which was about 30 minutes away. This is my “Go To” place for getting blood tests! Tom is an EXCEPTIONAL Phlebotomist!! I can only draw blood from one arm and I am a very hard stick but Tom takes his time and gets it in one stick every time!! .
