Una señora detestable la que esta en la recepción no tiene ningún entrenamiento de atención al cliente necesitan cambiar el personal porque no tienen ningún tipo de atención al cliente ni se dirigen con respeto fatal lugar

Amazing service. The receptionist pictured in other reviews was very kind and thorough, making sure she got all my paperwork in order. When my doctor’s name wasn’t listed in her system, she even called the clinic herself to make sure my results would be processed correctly. The lab tech noticed I was nervous. Before she began, she kindly offered me an alcohol pad to smell in case I felt faint. I wish I could leave 0 stars. What a nasty, rude and unprofessional woman. I don’t know how someone can hire such unprofessional person for customer service. She opened the door screaming saying she’s still working, it was 3:50 pm. I asked her name, she said it’s whatever I wanted to be. Unfortunately hours say it’s open till 4pm. Get another job if you’re miserable and hate your current one.
