Worst customer service, I visited this location at Burke va, dated 18 Feb,2025, my older sister had to be there for her blood work, as my sister is not fluent in English, so I contacted a mature aged woman at front desk named Carmen, no smile,long face, I gave her doctor note and insurance coverage cards of my sister, my sister has Medicare and Medicaid both from United health care, and card clearly displyays united health care dual plan, this rude unprofessional lady who has no knowledge of doing this job,tells me this car... read more
