This is the first time I've ever came to this place and the receptionist was rude.
Facility is nice, plenty of parking. Park at the back of the building near entrance that is closest to the office (located on the first floor). Receptionist greeted us and treated us professionally. The blood technician, Betty, was very careful, patient and kind as she took blood from my elderly father who has very thin veins. She had to try twice and finally found a vein on top of his right forearm using a baby needle, most importantly not causing any pain.
I've been going there for 15 years, very nice , efficient and fast test results
