Waited over 2 hours only to be treated with such disrespect by staff. Only reason I gave extra star s because Dr. G was kind and thorough. Staff sux
The reviews said we're true they don't respond to the calls and you have to leave a message hoping they call you back i have no idea what those ladies are doing infront of their computers but they're not answering calls and there's barely any people there to check in. you're waiting 20-30 minutes even though you've scheduled the appointment and they ask you to move up the appointment the day before when you've been scheduled at that time frame for 2 months. Read the reviews before going there! Horrible, how you stay in business without answering the phone from your patients. It has been a week since I have been trying to speak with someone at that office! It would be a miracle they answer the phone.
