Well it is 50 minutes past my appointment time and I'm still waiting in the appropriately named "waiting room". No one reaches out. Finally got in. Making fun of my last name as a final insult. No compassion here.
Have had nothing but positive experiences here. Really appreciate how my NP Anna explains everything and all the options she provides.
I use to go when Dr G Carpenter was here but left and tracked him down my son still goes here and I'm not happy at all I've held on for an hr to get through with a question while he's hospitalized but can't seem to get to anyone so I'll have to leave hospital and go personally this place has gone to the sunken space
