I’m disappointed to be writing this review because I initially had a very positive experience with this practice when Dr. Katsman was my PCP. Since her departure, I have seen other providers here and had generally good experiences. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with the office was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Great service and doctors
Since when do you need to visit a doctor for every single referral and bloodwork order? I’ve been monitoring my health for over 15 years, and I can read TSH results without overpaying for unnecessary doctor visits. NP Anna Rafalovych is the only doctor keeping me at this clinic — when she’s not there, nothing works 👍
