I have had migraines for years and get Botox to help combat the pain. I get to this town for employment and my injections back home in Farmington -5 hours away. Next stop is to go to the ONLY clinic in Santa Rosa and try to get help. No Botox available here. So I get prescribed Torodol, I thought it would be in pill form... no it's vials of medication that an injection is needed. Dr Calkins did not consult my previous records, did not even notice I have an extra lumbar vertebrae, didn’t take any precautions with me being on immunosuppressive medication and performed RFA which left me with an abscess. He then refused to treat the infection but would not let anyone else in the practice look and said my throat looked red after hustling me into a dark MRI room next to the surgical room and briefly looking himself. The Dr. does not check your prior record! Tends to jump to conclusions about you. Makes hasty, easy decisions. You can't see anyone else because they are under her direction. Just go to the ER.

I gave them 2 stars rather than 1 because the support staff at the clinic and hospital were amazingly friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, the primary care provider that I was assigned was the least empathetic and most unprofessional healthcare provider that I can recall ever seeing.
