Customer Service person Jane was very helpful and lovely. Problems don't seem to be with these guys but the are coming from the distributor. Have been contacted and given some satisfaction. Received my Sterling S425. Do like what I got for the money I paid but still not a perfect scooter for the area I live in. Not enough accessories available.
