I spent 5 hours there and didn't feel well.I called for an ambulance to get to a hospital.I was gone for several days and when I got back I saw that my 4 prong cane among other things had been stolen from me.I reported it to management and they did nothing for me.I stayed 4 more days and I started feeling unwell.I was having a very difficult time breathing.I called myself another ambulance and went to another hospital.I stayed several days at the hospital.I didn't go back to Sunrise Manor this time I went to a better facilit... read more
Beautiful well kept facility. Homey vibe. Caring staff. The administrator shua is easily approachable and gets things done!
Sunrise Manor provided exceptional care for my loved one with patience, compassion and attentiveness. They kept us informed and always listened to our concerns. Truly grateful for their dedication.
You can really tell the team loves what they do. The meals are lovely, there's always something going on, and it just feels like home.
We are very happy and pleased with the leadership here. The Director of Nursing has made a real difference, kind yet firm with the team, and their support has truly made our time here so much more comfortable.
