I have lived here a year now, and I moved into a 2nd fl apartment. At the time I was just relocating from Chicago, so I needed a place quickly I could afford. From the first time I had contact with Management (Diana)she was super nice, and friendly and helped me get situated into an apartment. Trapped in lease with one small concern. Management is non existent when it comes to Solaris at the Biltmore and Oasis20 and is not responding to filed noise complaint. I am being ignored and the noise continues and is effecting my job. No job, no rent. All I want is to resolve this issue but no management (Nancy/Dee doesn’t’t seems to want to help resolve this issue) I've given reasonable compromise to make things happy for everyone by offering 1 month notice so I can remove myself and move on. I've waited three years to get my dishwasher repaired or replaced. Five managers have been hired and fired within this time. I've been asking for two years to have my air conditioning unit repaired because it has been leaking, which has caused black mold and black mushrooms to grow from the carpet. they finally sent someone in to repair it after it caught on fire. this air conditioning unit is located in the ceiling of my hallway. I was lucky to be awake at 3 a.m. when this happened so I can extinguish it.
