I bought a dress at jc pennys and was charged twice. I was buying the dress for my mothers funeral. The little money i have (im also just a cashier and know whats it like to be in this situation) was not there when i need this money for funeral expenses. I had to go out of my way to go back down there and ask what happened. They ended up giving me another discount on top of my 30 % off. The As Seen On T.V. Store could have been a Great Place to spend money. However, the worker or owner is so Rude and Aggressive towards the shoppers. He yells at costumers that pick up products off of the shelves. Aggressively tries to intimidate potential shoppers. As we had Not Asked to touch an item. He was incapable of politely asking to Not Touch items and refuses any responsibility in posting a sign that says Please Do Not Touch. Going into a Store that carries As Seen On T.V. Products... Our family was there when they opened the doors the first day of business. I have spent many happy days there with my children and grandchildren. Now I enjoy going wih my Great grandchildren. Thanks for the memories.
