I have been with Sunrise over 4 months. I am not sure what happened a year ago but since I have been here Sunrise Management and Ownership have deeply impressed me with their concern for customer service and professionalism. We have grown to 5 departments (Landscape Design, Maintenance, Tree Removal, Landscaping, Emergency work, and Small Engine Repair). These guys really know their stuff. They hire experts, they're honest, straightforward, easy to work with, and Heath really goes out of his way to help his employees and contractors.

bad customer service for sure – First I want to say that we never got a chance to have any work done by this company, so we don't know the quality of their work. But if their customer service is any indication, we're glad we didn't. So we call the company on a Thursday and spoke to Heath about getting a bid on adding cement to our backyard for a patio. He said he'd try to send someone out to give us a bid a few days later on Saturday at 1pm, and that if that person couldn't make it--that person would call to reschedule. So t... read more
