This condominium has declined in customer service and living conditions provided to community. Their voicemail states that the community comes first and it is simply not true. I have owned condo 11 years here, and now we are paying sky rocketed maintenance fee and assessments every year, as soon as one assessment is over the next one begins. Sunrise Lakes Phase 2 association never responded my calls, it's like they never open for business, they take forever to approve the application for renting there. Very bad customer service
I HOPE THEY ANSWER THERE PHONE FOR YOU. MY CUSTOMER HAS A LEAK IN HER APT. AND NOBODY IS GOING THERE TO FIX IT. I HOPE YOU CHECK YOUR MESSAGES AND RESPOND ASAP. NOT A HAPPY PERSON.
