Management is horrible, association fees are constantly increasing, and they have ridiculous rules and regulations making it impossible for people to live there.
This process has been deplorable and shameful. It does not seem like you guys realize the damage you can cause people (buyers and sellers) when you take approximately 2 months to give a decline to someone after they are completely ready to move. If you are not aware, Rosa made us go three times to the association in person because she could not print even one sheet of paper, and would always come up with something new after stating our application was completed not to mention they had told me my buyer was already approved an... read more
