The customer service provided is of good quality. The cabinets were ready on the pick up date provided and deficiencies were amended proactively. Jodie is always very patient, helpful, and quick to respond to my inquiries. The client is happy with the new kitchen I designed for him!
Terrible company to do business with. They bought a Cabinet company in Ferndale Washington Named.Hertco. They gutted the business after taking in several hundred thousand dollars worth of deposits then filed for receivership. The sheriffs locked the door. All of my money and Cabinets are behind locked doors with zero reply from multiple emails.
Sunrise helped us value engineer a cabinet package for a 300 unit rental building without sacrificing style or function. Their team was knowledgeable and solution oriented.
Lots of peeling on my kitchen cabinets. Totally understand they are not under warranty but should be offering a repair solution for your product. I was told you only deal with large orders and thanks for understanding.
