I have never been more disappointed and appalled by a company's lack of customer service in my life. We purchased a brand new unit from the original owner. There were MULTIPLE deficiencies on the cabinets which we stated to the Customer Care Administrator Suman in June of 2024. After various back and forth emails, and contacting the developer and Suman, we basically were told by Suman it's not his issue and he's not going to fix our cabinets as he claims the one deficiency was fixed. Whoever was driving your company van today around 7:40 am, drove like a complete bafoon and put other people in danger by constantly tailgating them. They should not have to pay for your lack of time management skills. Makes me question how you handle business projects.

Terrible quality finish on my kitchen cabinets. The paint/finish is wearing off after 1 year of super light use. I can’t clean wipe them down with anything except a microfiber clothes or else the paint comes off. They also do not respond to emails about warranty claims. Update: They do not stand behind their product and blame the customer for defects. Stay away.
