Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Sunrise Junk Removal. I scheduled an appointment for 12/30/23 at 10 AM. I called Edward at 9:45 AM and he wasn’t on his way yet, he mentioned that he still had to contact his driver and that he would be at my place within the hour. Besides him running extremely late he asked if I’d be able to pay him extra if all of the items didn’t fit and I agreed because I was desperate.
