Not sure how I feel as of now. We bought a used double wide and had it put on our property, about 3 months ago. The arrival, and set up seemed to go flawlessly, but since then we have had to pay to have the air conditioner installed, (told his ac guy retired), water heater replaced, and the sewer line replaced, as they set a concrete pier on the sewer line. As for water heater may not be anything they knew about.
