Melissa B is the best!!! Beautiful spacious homes, in lovely peaceful area and to live so close to NOLA metro areas, but to be slightly rural, but somehow still just minutes away from the city.

not a great location and the home i viewed was dirty and had paint splattered over the side of the house. windows were caulked poorly and doors were not framed very well.
We have visited many builders for our new home, and we are having Sunrise build it. Their customer service is beyond great. Lindsay and the rest of the crew have been very patient and helpful throughout the process so far. We picked a model we liked, and they are allowing us to make changes to make it OUR home. Would highly recommend.
