These builders are the worst . Stay away from them they will take all your money and run away and make another project and fake promises towards you and they will leave you again. Save yourself and do your research before going with them.
My father put his hard earned money in sunrise homes pre construction project in Stayner Ontario. After 3 years of taking all the downpayment money, they declared bankruptcy. This builder deserves negative stars for their unprofessionalism, greed and incompetence. The land that they claimed to build houses on, had no work done whatsoever. Not even a single plot.
