Realtors were amazing and helpful. However, once you get into the sunrise home communities they change your lot rent. Went from $611 to $650. Their website pulled money early from my account which caused an overdraft, where I got penalized and Forced to pay via cashier's check. Cashier's check isn't an issue until 2 months ago they randomly started charging me $10 per cashier's check. Definitely don't appreciate the lucrative business methods, especially in today's economy
Michelle is amazing to work with. She helped me buy my home and now another dream home. She is such a kind person who is also very professional. She goes above and beyond.I highly recommend Sunrise homes. Thank you so very much for your entire team. Crystal is awesome too!!
