Started with this agency Aug 28th and stayed with them for just a week. The nurse was only available to come out two days! I did not receive any call before hand to let me know she was not coming she just didn't show up. They also didn't bother to send another nurse for my daughter. There is a huge lack of communication with this agency they don't care to give you a courtesy call letting you know what is going on. If they don't have the staff available to you they should let us know before hand!
I absolutely love working for this company!! If you have loved ones that need assistance we are the ones to call.
