Terrible! In the beginning they told me they can do lenticular print at the end we learned that they cannot! I dont know the technology, expect to get direction from an expert (which certainly they are not) how many frame needed to create the animation for specific dimension and specific LPI number. No communication what so ever. They act like a dumb and kept sending back the PDF i send them WITHOUT fixing or really thinking all the dimension, frame count and LPI details. And 2 disgusting samples cost me >$200
Jessica and Lance were AMAZING to work with. They not only saw my vision for what we needed, but were meticulous with the details to make sure our project hit all the requirements. I will work with them again anytime I have a custom print job!
