Michael came out last week due to vibration and humming in my new AC unit. He found the problem and rescheduled for today and brought coworkers to assist so everything would be done properly. There's no more vibration or humming and I am very happy. The company stands behind their installation and work. I've used them many times and I will use them many times again.
