Never coming again they make me wait 1 hour .
Poor customer service. Took 6 hours to do perming on my husband head. And after 1 st wash all hairs turned like they are burned and straightened . No professionalism. They make you sit there for 6- 7 hours and then in the mean time they just start serving all other customers and forget about you. Spent around $1100 and Not satisfied at all Regret the decision of getting hair coloured and the events that followed.
Never coming back to this place. Waste of time, waste of money. It tooks literally 12 hours from morning 10 am to night 10 PM to colour my hair. Time management vayena. Friendly environment is not enough customer satisfaction hunu paryo Jun ma vayena. I pay $500 for colour. It was my biggest mistake that I choose this place for hair colour. Anyways thank you.
I made an appointment at 2:30pm and they took clients at 2:25 making me wait atleast 30mins, which i didn’t want to wait although i do believe they can cut quality hair
