The Residential Services Manager, Dea Hendrix, provides excellent customer service: prompt and thorough emails replies to my inquiries, and providing updates on orders, as well as a genuinely affable demeanor when speaking on the telephone. The installation technicians are mindful of in-city apartment building security concerns, knowledgeable when faced with the quirks of a 100+ year old building, and they clean up when finished with the job! The windows are high quality at a great price... I highly recommend Sunrise Glass!
