Jeremy from Sunrise Gas just left after spending close to 3 diligent hours repairing my gas insert fire place. He did a fantastic job, was very professional, kind and helpful. Jeremy explained what he repaired and then explained how to use the remote effectively. The cost was reasonable and I highly recommend them for any repairs or installation you may need. Called sunrise and spoke with Rick, explained that my 3 year old builder fireplace flame was small and all blue. Since I am not a fireplace technician I asked him how soon he could get me on his schedule? Ironically he had time this morning and stopped by 30 minutes after I called! He took my unit apart, cleaned it, painted the interior fire box, cleaned the glass and tested the unit. The difference was day and night!!! I had Sunrise come out and install my wood burning fireplace is a 110 year old cabin. With everything that may entail they did an excellent job and were honest and prompt.
