They arrived on time and successfully completed the repair of the chimney. We have no issues with the service
I had not used my gas fireplace in several years and wanted it serviced before turning it on next winter. Jeremy and Rick were on time, professional, provided great service and were extremely helpful. Rick noted that my gas fireplace had not been installed properly, no media (glass rock) and had never been properly cleaned. My fireplace looks and works better than when it was brand new. I highly recommend this company.
Rick is fantastic! Got mom's gas stove serviced and a new thermostat added to the wall. Call Sunrise and you won't have to worry about anything. PS: puppy approved, too! <wink> Thanks Rick & Annette!

Came out to fix our fireplace. Didn’t fix it and explanation of what was wrong was not explained. Would not return calls after and there was no record they had of coming to our house. We hired another local company and the Fire Place was fixed in thirty minutes without any parts etc. These people are not professional and have poorly skilled technicians. Do not hire!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
