Good location, rooms are meh. Pool was shut down by the state... We weren't made aware and staff didnt seem to care. Lots of options probably just stay somewhere else.
There is no one here. This is not a hotel. This is not a resort. There is no front desk. The door code was never sent and the phone leads to a voicemail box that is full. The voicemail says to call the emergency contact number posted on the front of the office. There is no office. We had to stay the night at an actual hotel 30 minutes away and come in the morning to catch another guest leaving to get the emergency number from them. The emergency number was for Vacasa.
