Super nice people. We broke down close to 100 mile house and they are doing everything they can to help. Even to go as far as lending a car while they figure out what’s wrong. Super nice to my dogs as well. Hopefully we’re back on the road soon!
had them try to repair oil pan leak and they couldnt then refused to honor warranty under two years after last try. they tried to flush ant freeze but couldnt complete job properly I have have phoned and stopped at service dept many times and they refuse to fix anything. I moved on to another mech shop and everything is good again.
Struggled hard to have a moment of respectful discourse with the parts/service staff.
