What an outstanding experience we had today after our oil light came on just after passing the dealership while towing an Airstream and vehicle speed was reduced to 30 or below! I called and their exceptional service manager(Sam Mason) offered to check out our F150 even though he was already down 2 service techs on a Fri afternoon! He quickly diagnosed the issue and we were back on the road able to continue our trip back from Alaska to Texas! My only regret is I can’t give them 10 stars!
No greeting, didn't ask me to have a seat. Passive aggressive lady at the front desk. Get ready to be ripped of on high milage used cars and get lowball offers for your trades
We purchased a new truck from Sunrise Ford in April. Bryan, Dave, Mike, and Kevin were all great to deal with. No pressure tactics and any questions were answered promptly.
Had the driver side window blow out on our truck on the way up from Vancouver Island to Chetwynd for our uncles funeral, stopped in at the dealership and they had the window sealed up in minutes and we were back on the road. The patch lasted all the way to Chetwynd and back home with no problems can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful staff was, they really saved our trip.
If you need a new vehicle this is the place to go in 100 Mile House. Good selection, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service. I own and operate a 2023 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid for my small business, 100 Mile Rides & Deliveries, and I am very happy with it.
