1 This is my second bad experience here. The service advisor barely looked at my truck and didn’t make any effort to help or contact the company to reduce my cost. It felt like they were more interested in charging the customer than helping. Very disappointing service. I won’t be coming back.
My visit was last Friday for a tire replacement. I was assisted by Lasharde Campbell, who informed me that the tire was not in stock. He told me it would be ordered and scheduled me to return the following Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday, there was no tire and no appointment in the system. My time was completely wasted. Service agent Jen Bicht was extremely unpleasant and confrontational. I showed up at my previously scheduled appointment time and she looked at me and said do you not get all of our calls? I said I received a voicemail saying that I couldn’t have a loaner car for my recall, which was fine my husband was coming to get me. Jen lets me know they moved my appointment time to a time they could’ve done it, now it will have to be a drop off and won’t be ready till Monday. Service department sucks. Been there 4 times and every time something was screwed up or missed. The 4th time they fixed my truck but when I picked it up it was covered front to back in stuff that came off a tree kinda like sap. They told me they dont have a car wash and basically said deal with it. After the manager came out he said he would I would have to bring the truck back another day and he would figure out a way to get it washed. The technician failed to fill my diesel DEF that's included with my Ford Maintenance Plan. I wonder what else the technician failed to do? After a noticed an empty DEF tank the Setvice Manager took the truck back and got it filled.
