Brought explorer st in for 50k and transmission issues. I was told the car most likely will not even be looked at for 6 days minimum. I asked what the point of making an appointment was. Not much of an answer. Asked if I bring it back in 6 days will I still have to wait, because I can't just not have a car for a week. I've been using sunrise ford for years, today I took my F350 in to get some recalls and service inspection done David at the service desk scheduled my appointment for me a few days ago for first thing in the morning, got there on time and by Noon got a call from David it was all done, they replaced cameras on my 360 view, replaced steering stabilizer, inspected multiple points on the truck and more... Everything is functional and works like It was new. Overall pleasure experience and very fast service.
My truck I purchased from Sunrise experienced recently experienced a Powertrain fault. I immediately came to the service center and was greeted by Michael Figueroa. I live about an hour south, he was able to squeeze me in and the technicians quickly diagnosed the issue. It related to a faulty GSM for which there was a TSB. They replaced it and got me back on the road in short order.
