Manager took $10 tip without asking when confronted shw act like she doesnot understand
This place was clean and I felt safe going here. I did not have or see the reported issues I was there 9/1/2021 around 7pm was this the best massage I have ever had no. I wanted hot stones and did not get them. Not sure who I had that night but she was very nice and she did a great job. I have issues with my shoulders and she helped them feel better for a while. Charged $60 for a massage that was subpar at best. Was forced to leave a $10 tip. Manager argued with me for not leaving more and then charges for use the credit card machine. WILL NEVER RETURN. SHOULD AVOID AT ALL COST
I would leave zero stars if I could. The lady demanded we leave a $20 tip for a $60 massage which equates to 33.3% . Now, maybe I would tip that for TREMENDOUS service but this was lackluster. The massage therapist didn't seem to have any true technique. She basically just rubbed all over me and didn't work out any knots. The area was dirty, there were stains on the sheets.
