Gerthy provided exceptional care and demonstrated a deep understanding of veteran-specific health needs. She was incredibly patient, and compassionate when dealing with my service-connected conditions, and took the time to listen without judgment. The whole office environment felt safe, welcoming, and they was highly respectful of former service members.
VA C and P exam beware; Nurse Gerthy was not very kid in totality. She was very tricky. She would drop things to see if I would pick up. Asked me to hold my shirt up even though I could not move my arms that high as previously started. She told me she knows I drove to the appt so my legs must have full range of motion. Nurse practitioner. Needs better approach to the Veteran mandated appointment. She is a very funny, intelligent, and caring dual nurse practitioner. I recommend her to anyone that I know. I have nothing bad to say she’s A great people, may God bless her🫀.
