First visit trying to get established as new patient. Excellent experience. Wait time- 3-4 minutes. Front desk: both friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. Nurse: awesome, professional, fast. Doctor Tetyana Odarich: highly knowledgeable and professional, spent more time with me than any doctor I've seen, fully involved in my problems, offered quick and calm solutions. Phlebotomist: very quick and efficient, double checked all data, didn't butcher my veins. Overall, an absolute 5 star experience.
Dr Odarich is amazing. Always so accommodating with last minute appointments and office staff are great. Quick and easy check ins, I can schedule appointments online and speedy responses when I leave messages for advice. Highly recommend!
They are very present with each appointment, they take as much time as they need to, to figure out how they can help. All the staff is very nice.
