They’re never give call backs to people when they should, there have been multiple times where I have called to get refills for my prescriptions, not gotten a call back and ended up in the hospital
Dr. Ortiz is a great doctor, but the reception will not return your calls no matter how important it may be.
Good family Clinic Doctors and the Staff are kind Dr Ortiz she is funny she does her job of listening to you and talks to you in a kind way Dr Ortiz laughs with you jokes with you, of course they are respectful and that makes you feel comfortable you are able to explain better the reason that you might be there or what is for but anyways I do recommend this Facility because of their kindness and their professionalism to me I feel like I'm at home relax no pressure like compared to some of other Offices that I've been to.
Crazy treatment nurses and doctors beautiful but one I just hope she'll become the best I ever had😗
Not a good clinic my family member who suffers from a serious illness couldnt get her rx there. They acted like they didnt believe that she needed them. Very inconveinant, especially for someone who really needs the medications. Young staff who maybe less experienced in the field. Lack of empathy etc.
