Why don’t they ever answer their phones??
I have been taking my kids to this Dr's office for over three years now. We have done well and sick visits and have really had nothing but good experiences. The kids insurance covers the visits here, but I am a cash patient. I switched from my primary care Doctor and started coming here myself, as there were issues with my previous Doctor. The staff is helpful and friendly. The doctor is so knowledgeable and kind. She will answer any questions and address concerns thoroughly. Best Place to take your whole family! Thank you! The entire staff and NP and Dr Ortiz is fantastic and great! They really care about you including the receptionist! Thank you to your entire staff for everything you do! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
